High Profile Support

We are exploring x264 library to be integrated in one of our products.

We have some queries related to the H264 High Profile Support in x264 library

- Is High Profile (HiP-100) is supported on all platfroms (Windows, IOS & Android). ?
- Is it supported fully in both Encoder & Decoder?
