Streaming issues with DJI encoded 4K videos

Hello,
I have streaming issues (stops, stuck, skips, long launch 2-3 sec) with 4K video made by DJI encoder while using latest VLCKit/libVLC.

My first idea was that the file might be corrupted. Checked streaming with AVKit (AVPlayer), it works fine. Launch is fast, around 1 sec. Not sure if it proves that file is not corrupted.
Locally it works good for both - VLCKit and AVKit. So the issue is only with VLCKit streaming.
Container is MOV (so, Apple native) but I have simular issues with another MP4 container file encoded by DJI.

Another idea is that DJI encoded the video in the "different way" in point of libVLC view, but cannot figure it out.
I would be apretiated for ideas for where to look for solving above issues. The best way for me is not to change (re-encode) original file, if possible.
