Problem With VLC C# Fullscreen Toolbar

Hi, i'm using axVLCPlugin21 in my project. I hide toolbar with this code "axVLCPlugin21.Toolbar = false;", I can get fullscreen when i click two times the video screen. But there's seekbar on bottom, my videos are m3u8 and live. So I wanna remove this seekbar, Is there any method about it? Thx, sorry for my bad english, i tried my best.
