Libvlc Teletext Subtitle

Hello, I am facing an issue with the latest libvlc , the DVB subs perfectly works but teletext subtitles doesn't.
Is it a known issue ?
I donwloaded and compiled the libvlc by cloning the android vlc repo (2.1.13) .
The some channel with the libvlc compiled from vlc 2.0.6 perfectly works

I forgot one thing, by downloading 2.1.13 and simply compile to x86 APK teletext subs does not works on x86, otherwise compiling it for armabi-v7 subtitle works

You should compare the logs.
