Win64 LibVLC 2.2.4 and DirectShow IF

Postby JimA » 26 Feb 2017 22:32

Has anyone gotten the Win64 vlc library to work with the dshow:// mode of operation. Not sure if the static lib interface is working with the DLLs in interpreting this mode of operation, and wanted to check before I dig deeper into the code.

I think I know what the issue is as an FYI. This is set up as a Windows Store C++ Win64 app, and apparently, UWP does not fully support directshow calls. Not sure how they are handling it with the C# UWP VLC interface however.

Yes, UWP does not have DShow.
