libvlc_media_player_set_rate doesn't work (v2.2.1)

Hello. Im using 2.2.1. I want to change video rate while play.

each time i call <libvlc_media_player_set_rate> i see this in the debugViewer

core input warning: ACCESS/DEMUX_SET_RATE failed

Can someone have an any idea?
