Help getting started

hi, i am currently trying to create a cctv windowns form app with ip camaras..
i manage to get it working using this wrapper

but, if i have mora than one window open, when closing the app it crashes..it says vshost32.exe..

Could you guys give me some indicaitions for me to start.

the app needs to stream, and take snapshot, but i need it to have multiple instances/windows..

so i need the libvlc.dll, libvlc.lib and libvlccore.dll on my exe folder,
what is the next step?
