How to Change Channel(program) on Multi Channel Stream?

Hello, There are some questions about the Digital TV reception’s operation by using the VLC 2.0.6’s ActiveX module
(can't use newest version because working on VB.net)

DVB-T broadcasting signals sends out by using DTU-215’ modulator equipment, and the signals receives to input by
PCTV-330(e) USB Tuner, and then receives TV broadcasting.

Although the receiving broadcasting does not have any problem, when the channel changes, it happens to a delay,
it even takes 3 to 4 seconds. (VLC Player has less than 1 second)

We think that close and re open stream in the channel changing process is cause

However We could not find the way on ActiveX API that is the inside channel changes while maintaining a stream.

Please let me know how to change a channel while watching the multi channel stream without a delay.

if it need change ActiveX to libVLC, we will do it
