How to specify a local ethernet interface ip to stream out?

Postby hohailzj » 16 Jan 2014 08:41

Dear all:

I'm developing a streaming software based on libvlc (input: local video file, output: udp multicast stream). My local machine has multiple ethernet interfaces. And I want to specify a special interface to stream out. How can I do?

Thanks for your help.

Configure your IP routing table in your OS adequately. This is hardly VLC specific.
