Why the activex AxVLCPlugin21 in vista and using vb.net the url http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJQVlVHsFF8 doesn't play, outting it into mrl?

What is the code to use in vb.net, to play files with this control?

Do have someone used this library with vb.net : VideoLan DotNet for WinForm and WPF?
