how to specify the config file??

hi all,
in libvlc,how to specify the config file(vlcrc)?
i set
const char * const vlc_args[]={
"--novideo",
"--config=vlcconfig\\vlcrc",
strCommand,
"--plugin-path=plugins"
};
but doesnt work.

how to make it work?
