How is difficult to enhance the code of VLC to add SDP setting parameters capabilities?

How is difficult to enhance the code of VLC to add SDP setting parameters capabilities?
I have found the line where the parameters are setted
I'm interested in payload type: now is fixed to 96.
What do you think?

It depends a lot what needs to be modified.
But generally, VLC SDP are correct, so I don't see the point.

I would like to set RTP payload type different from 96. For instance H263 requires 34 static payload type.
What do I need to change? only this line ?
