about new MRL form

Hi,
Somebody have info about the new MRL form?
Because in the the new DLL:
dshow:// dont works
file:// test.avi dont works but just the name test.avi works
I want to show my webcam.

The file:// scheme follows the IETF standard for file URLs.

I am not aware of any change to the dshow:// syntax but I don't use it.
