I'am Developing RTP client Using VLC ActiveX control with MSVC2005.
When play the stream by VLC player video quality is godd. but I play the stream by activeX control . Video quality is very poor (there are so many block and lines ...) specialy when control size is smaller than original stream size.
Is there any defference VLC and ActiveX Control's fuction?
or need any initioalize procedure to solve that problem?
