Save RTP packets payload to file

If i want to save just the RTP payload to file and then play the file.
1. Is the payload enough?
2. I have to do NetworkToHost order?

Hi,
You were right if VLC could give me the option to save dinamically to file
and not just when VLC goes up.
I try to do it as a workaround.
