missing files for vlc 0.9.8a creating package

I need those two files so I can finish creating vlc package
Compiling ok no problem but I need to get:

1) axvlc.dll.manifest
2) npvlc.dll.manifest


how ican get them plz any help because when creating package
i get this error :
