VLC Streaming Output

Hello all,

I convert some video files to .asf and wmv in order to stream them over network using VLC to stream from one PC to many PCs. Everything went but the output streaming videos bitrate were 980kb/s even though the streaming input video files bitrate were 200kb/s.

Any idea????? Bcos I want to get bitrate 340kb/s or less as output streaming.
