I will create a mulitcast streaming server, but i have a big problems i have a dvb-s car with acces to ASTRA satellite.
But how to get the channels from astra to WLMa?

I'm not sure to understand your question. VLMa does not do streaming by itself, but sends orders to VLC's telnet interface. If you never tried your installation, I suggest you first try signal acquisition and broadcasting with VLC only.
