i install the vls in the linux,and have some problems,i config the vls.cfg

and run the vls in path "/etc/local/videolan/vls/" with command "vls & "

i could into the manage background,when i type "start prg1 ch001 local1 --loop",the erros is showing:
error:-1
provder:local
error:-1
info:unable start program prg1
info:error:unable to start streaming of program prg1
error:unable to create thread
error:unable to init streamer
error:NET4output initialsation failed
error:unable to change value for option35 :no such device
