http output streaming --> no network output?

I'm trying to set up streaming according to this guide

However, I can't get it to work. I check my firewall log and VLC isn't sending any packet!

I tried UDP unicast and it sorta work(massive output packet, XBOX can't pick it up though).

Anyone know why http isn't working?

OS: WinXp SP2
VLC: 0.81

Scrap that, I changed my firewall rule to allow my XBOX to connect to my computer and I got sound!

No Video though. I was using MPEG TS
