Discussion on the (deprecated) VideoLAN Server application as well as the miniSAPserver stream announcer. This is not about VLC!

Thanks j-b,
To give more information :
I added a new module in vlc (by adding new file and modifying some other files). With this module I want to request 2 streamed videos from a server and then play them with same vlc instance but in 2 windows.
I am looking for a detailed answer from some one who have an idea about vlc source code :) to explain how shall I modify my code to support such scenario!

Thanks for your support...

I am trying to solve my problem alone. But, I want to know if I can use "pthread_create" or there is an equivalent function which is recommended???
thanks.

You can.

I would use 2 instance of libVLC in my program, if I were you.

Thanks j-b,
I used this tuto http://doc.qtfr.org/post/2007/02/21/Integration-de-VLC to request a second stream.
