upload 5 Audiostreams + 1 Videostreams

Hello,

I have a live-stream of a Videocamera + 5 Translations of the videostream.
I have one PC with 5 sound-cards an 1 videocapture-card.
All of this is in Croatia.
I have in Autrich a VLC-Streaming-Server.

Question 1: Can I upload all of this with vlc-client from croatia to the vlc-straeaming-server in autrich
Question 2: Can I stream it then in autrich
- the user should get the videostream live
- the user should can change, which language he want ot listen live
