I need to know if using VLS open source for Windows it could be possible to transcode a series of JPEG files to a RTSP stream in MPEG4/3GPP format.
The idea is to view the stream using standard RTSP client: QuickTime Player, RealOne Player, ...
I would be glad if anyone could suggest anything.
