How create a streaming server¿?

Hi!

I'm working in my final Project and I have to create a video streaming server with VLC. The goal is let someone in Internet watch my videos of my PC.
I'm a begginer in this program and after to read the documentation I don't know how do it.

Someone could help me with my work?

VLC Player includes streaming server capabilities. So you just have to install it.
