ERROR WHILE BURNING

I have an error that keeps coming up at about 65% copied the error goes
"write error at 1397152 (16) - Code 03 80 04 [medium error]"
Its come up about 8 times now resulting in a bad burn and a waisted disk
can anyone help plz
