At me a problem: vls 0.5.6 it is established, but a problem in start unicast stream, how it is necessary to start a server? Here so vls or it is necessary to enter still what that keys? Where it is possible to esteem about management of a server on telnet?

ok, now i am usin vlc 0.8.5
i have trouble with vlc VOD server

At me the picture twitches at connection to a server, approximately a difference a floor of second, forward \back
I use in vlc rtsp: //192.168.0.1:5554/Test
