Use TCP/UDP Video Stream As Input In VLS

Hello Anybody!
In VLC (VideoLan Client) work this:
vlc -vvv http://server1:8080 --sout '#standard{access=http,mux=ogg,dst=server2:8080}'
How use video network stream as input in VLS (VideoLan Server)?
Server1 <---- Server2 <----- Client1 | Network1
\ \----- Client2 |
\----- Server3 <------Client3 | Network 2
\------ Client4 |
I don't known how setup VLS relay server :(
Please help me.
