Streaming encrypted DVB-S stream on the network

Hi there,
I'm currently facing a problem : I want to broadcast on my network all the channels coming from my DVB-S decoder.
Whereas VLS is old, it is currently the only solution to stream DVB-S !
I've identified 2 solutions :
- Having a DVB-S card with a card-reader to decrypt stream, but it would not be supported by VLS
- Acquiring the stream via an acquisition card, but how to change the channels ?
The simple DVB-S streaming solution provided by VLS would have been possible if the stream was not encrypted (I'm using TNS, the tahitian satellite provider [==Csat or TPS in France]).
This problem is a part of a global project dealing with a global audio/video diffusion in an entire home, via generical light PC, commanded by remote control.
Thanks !
Florian
