When will we see more features on the Windows VLS port?

When will we see more of these linux-only VLS features on the Windows port?
I am especially interrested in the DVB input feature.
What keeps you from implementing this feature under windows?
Do you need any help for this?

well...

As far as I know, DVB works in a completely different way under linux and window... and nobody has shown any interest in developping such a port yet... If you are interested, well, we are very interested in any contrib, and we would try to help anybody who would start such a project...

(Also, keep in mind that VLC already features a dshow input... don't know if it helps in that case...)

I have some Windows code to stream DVB with @sky receivers (skybox).

It is not very stable yet and I have no time to make it stable but if anyone is interested in finishing the work I can send him what I did.
