Streaming to pda phones etc

I dl the software to my computer and want to stream live tv and regular saved video to my pocket pc phone and to my friends treo 600 and 650. Can anyone walk me thru this step by step. Thanks in advance

AFAIK, there is no Treo compatible video player with streaming capability. In other words even if you start your streaming, none from your friends with Treo 600 or 650 would be able to watch it.

ok thats cool but like i said its also for my pocket pc phone and my laptop when i am on the go. So whats the first thing i do to set this thing up??????
