hi i have a hauppauge capture card and would like to setup a live stream from my ip address that maybe 2-3 people can use vlc to watch the stream. I think i am just missing something simple, all the guides i have read seem to be outdated or when i try to test the stream i get "cant connect". could someone help or point me in the right direction?
