VideoLan setup Help needed....!!!

hi all,

im new to this forum and hope ill get good help from here.. im running company with 20 blade servers and 200 PC connected to domain. i have cable TV running in my company. what i need is to provide some PC user to watch TV channels on their PC's with minimum network load. the user should scroll channels on his pc. means broad cast all 20 tv channels in network at same time so the user can watch what he needs.

iv never done this setup before so have no idea what i need hardware/software to run this setup. what software i need to install at both server and client end and if any hardware needed. please if some one can help.
