Please HELP: MiniSAPserver sending multicast streams

Hi everyone.

My thesis consist on sending multicast on demand streams from a server (VLC) to a PDA.

I read lots of posts, but I don´t undestand some things:

-a) whith the vlc 1.0.1, is it possible to send RTSP multicast streams with the MiniSAPserver?

-b) I´ve tried to send RTSP and UDP streams sucessfully, but with UDP streams througth SAP announces I can´t see the movie. It seems with Wireshark, I´ve joined the IGMP group, but the problem is in the client.. Some have ane idea of the problem?

-c) Is it possible sending streams to a PDA with Windows Mobile, I don´t understand how can it I do it ?
I would have to use SIP to comunicate with SAP anounces? Is it possible to send multicast on demand streams throught RTSP, or better mmsh?
Would I ve to prefer sending streams with codecs h.264 or ASF and MP3 or 3GP ? because I have to choose the muxer TS to sending streams througth SAP announces.
