v4l or pvr (vls.cfg)?

Discussion on the (deprecated) VideoLAN Server application as well as the miniSAPserver stream announcer. This is not about VLC!

v4l or pvr (vls.cfg)?

how to know which video input configuration(file configuration vls.cfg) I must use, I am in doubt if is v4l or pvr?
