How Do I disable streaming audio?

Postby kmccoig » 12 Jul 2004 16:49

I am using VLS on a Debian Linux machine with a Hauppauge PVR250. I am only interested in streaming my MPEG2 video over UDP NOT audio. So how do I disable the audio from ever getting involved in the stream?
The reason I ask, is because I seem to be having problems with lost packets on the network. When I disable the audio track on my Windows VLC the picture quality seems to improve.
Thanks for your help
