Possible to update a loop playlist via BTSYNC?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but thought I'd give it a shot.

I have several remote locations that are all playing a loop VLC playlist and I'd simply like to have VLC update the playlist when new content is added or removed from the playlist directory directory.

Currently I'm logging in via VNC and doing everything manually, having it automated would be amazing.
