Detecting buffer in VLC

Postby khuankhuan » 24 Mar 2012 11:39

How can I detect the time/size of the current buffered video in VLC? I came across with this i_buffer, what it represents actually? Can it be linked to the time/size of buffer that VLC currently have?

Please, I just need an explanation from anyone who knows about i_buffer, what it is and what it does, cant find a documentation that tells me...
