Playlist with online tv help

Hello,

I got a playlist in .m3u file, its easy to add it in the vlc but i dont want to do this every time i run the player.
I tried to put the .m3u file in the playlist directory in the installation folder but it doesnt work.
Can someone help me with this, because i dont know how to code it in .lua if it must be in .lua

Associate the m3u extension to VLC and then instead of run VLC just double click on the playlist file to open
