Qt is NOT a skin.Is the chosen one going to be the standard one for the player? To be honest, I prefer the Qt skin over all.
So are the complaints about complainers. lol. Kidding. There
complaints are really annoying.
Err what?Congratulations to aLtgLasS for having the seemingly preferred skin in a contest that he's not even a part of.
How do you use skin2? There doesn't seem to be an option for it in View --> Add interface --> ....Ok, I am usually nice, but here you go too far.
What the fu ck is wrong with you? Did you try to make a skin before complaining?
Do you even understand what skins are before writing here?
Of course, seeing how you speak about "I'd rather stick with the current one.", it shows you have no idea.
The default skin for skins2 interface so far is:

The default interface is not a skin, and will not change.
Have a good day, away from here.
VLC/skin2 does not support "anti-aliasing" (alpha-blending). It hasn't changed since 2004, so today skins look another five years older than they already did in 2004.Maybe it has something to do with the smoother edges, since I notice a number of skins don't seem to employ anti-aliasing?
VLC is a great media player and much more. It's "free", open source, it plays and streams everything, it's just great. But its interface is ugly on all platforms, and there's no way to skin it like other media players. That's why VLC does not rule. The interface. Users love interfaces. Those skins look awful, they look like they were made by a feckin' five year. I'm not trying to be offensive, but those are the most unprofessional skins I've ever seen.
Basically, even though aLtgLasS' skin wasn't part of the votes, many in this thread seem to say how much they prefer the default skin. It's aight I guess.Err what?Congratulations to aLtgLasS for having the seemingly preferred skin in a contest that he's not even a part of.
