I will go to play a video or DVD and i will get a green bar down the center,and the colors are all out of line?... Any ideas? I've uninstalled, and reinstalled still same issue... Any ideas would be helpful, thank you!!!

If you use VLC for Windows, please try to change Video Output from default to DirectX or OpenGL in preferences.
