Adding items to the source-bar on the left side

Hi everyone,
is there a possibility to add own items to the playlist-/source-bar on the lefthand side of the VLC mainwindow?
I tried drag and drop, but this doesn't work…
What I want to do is:
I want to add a folder/object which shows all my podcast-streams for example, like the folder "My Videos"…

Can anybody help me?
Thanks :-)

I'm using VLC 2.0.1 on a Mac
