xspf playlist for vlc 2.0

Hi,

how can i create a working playlist for vlc 2.0 to watch SAT TV ?

i already created a xspf file with w_scan using the -L option. But this generates an xspf file that vlc 2.0 can't use.
In the generated file i replaced
<location>dvb-s://....</location>
with
<location>dvb-s2://....</location>

I also tried other tools like conf2xspf...

But it's not working.
