activex plugin

I have a problem with the activex plugin. I have made a web page including the code of the test.html page. When I do the preview with dreamweaver it works, but when I upload the page to my server and load it with IE, it doesn´t work.
Have I to do something with the plugin?

It was more easier, as easy as putting the axvlc.dll file on the server (and its href). However, I have another problem with this: it works fine, I can receive streams and see them in my web page, but suddenly it crashes and I get an error message saying that axvlc.dll has caused the error.
I don´t know if this is a bug or something like this. Does anybody know something else?
