one channel stay dark and no audio

First hi all =) my first post =)
My setup is a tv-card which run with DVBDream. It stream my signal via that program. All channels work well without problems, byside 2. first nickelodeon and 2nd animax. there i dont get video or sound. when i look into the statistic i see, that it recive infromaitons, but all get lost. all other channels work fine. anyone an idea why?
