unwanted zoomed image

Hello,
I tried several things like changing the aspect ratio, the zoom etc... things are changing but the problem is still unsolved:
whatever I do the image stays cropped, meaning that whenever there is a close up of someone talking on screen I still see half of that person's face (in the picture below, just a piece of the chin...).

I have the same problem with all my videos.
What can I do to change this?
