Tracing a crashdump

Postby ducese » 14 Dec 2011 16:45

I'm using VLC to make screenrecorings on several computers in a simulation facility.

How ever VLC crashes at unknown ovations and dumps.
I havs sent several of these dump over network to the ftp using the the crash dialog.

I'm relay concerned to know when and if this bug is solved , so my question is how can I trace mu dumps to a ticket in trac?

Example dump:

Code: Select all

[version] OS=5.1.2600.2.Service Pack 3 VLC=1.1.11 The Luggage [exceptions] c0000005 at 6bbc2380 | 00000008 | 6bbc2380 [context] EDI:0022fc90 ESI:6bbc2380 EBX:00000000 EDX:00000002 ECX:40000000 EAX:7ffde000 EBP:0022fc54 EIP:6bbc2380 ESP:0022fc2c [stacktrace] #EIP|base|module 6bbc2380|C:\program files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe 7e418816|C:\WINDOWS\system32\USER32.dll 7e428ea0|C:\WINDOWS\system32\USER32.dll 7e428eec|C:\WINDOWS\system32\USER32.dll 7c90e453|C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntdll.dll 7e4292e3|C:\WINDOWS\system32\USER32.dll 6a5de529|C:\program files\VideoLAN\VLC\libvlccore.dll 004024d9|C:\program files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe 004010b4|C:\program files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe 00401128|C:\program files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe 7c817067|C:\WINDOWS\system32\kernel32.dll
