Cutomize the inteface

First of all, sorry for my bad english.
I'm tying to customize the interface: Main menu--> View--> Customize interface....
because i'd like to add ( in fullscreen mode) the cursor to change the playback speed mode.
I v'e tried many times but no solution.
How can I do it?
If someone is able to do it, please edit the "modern" profile , add the cursor and save it as a new profile ( for example "modern_edited") and send it to me.
I think it's really more simple than trying to tell me how to change it by myself.
