Post processing reverting to disabled bug

When video post processing filter is used in conjunction with another filter and it isn't listed first in the options text box it will be disabled when you open a video.

swscale:postproc <- Disabled (default order when you tick those two options)

postproc:swscale <- Works

If you change the order then go back into options again it will be listed as swscale:postproc again, and if you press save it will revert to being disabled on video launch. If you leave it as-is and press cancel it will continue to work though.

VLC 1.1.11
Windows 7 x64

postproc is usually needed to be at first, indeed.

Thank you.
This has been annoying me for a while, and all of the answers I have previously seen missed the actual cause of the problem.
Anyway, I really appreciate your post.
