Videos which cannot be played

For some reason the audio does not work. The VLC is not the only program which has problems to play them (problems with seeking).

Could anybody analyze what's going on here?

Confirmed, whilst it's playing fine with MPlayer.

You should create a ticket on the VLC Trac with a link to a short non working file (e.g. http://media.fel.cvut.cz/archive/fc/FC- ... 20nano.avi).

However, to use H.264 in AVI is a very bad idea, especially with B-frames. MP4 or MKV containers should be used instead.
