Broadcast the content of a folder

Hello! I work on a youth center in Spain, and I plan to dedicate a big screen to broadcasting small videos with information about youth actions, opportunities, volunteering and so on.
What I would like to do is to have a dumb pc that will broadcast the video emitted from another computer, both using VLC. I want that the VLC emitter broadcasts the content of a folder shared in the network, so other workers can upload the videos to that folder and VLC will, sooner or later, reproduce it.
Can anyone help me to archieve this?
